Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified content officer. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the organization by performing duties and responsibilities assigned and other tasks related to the content resources. You will also work closely with the staff and provide support services to other departments when required.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field
At least two years of experience in similar roles

Job Responsibility

Knowledge of documentation and the filling process.
Knowledge of digital content management
Knowledge of huge data management, processing, verification, reconciliation, and reporting in Excel.
Capable of data analysis and execution.
Skill in coordination, reporting, and communication
Directing and coordinating the activities of the department in connection with system regulations and policies.
Ideas and information are exchanged to handle tasks quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Within the parameters of your job, carry out any additional tasks a supervisor or senior assigns you.

Job Specification

The ability to use advanced Excel and any additional software knowledge gives more priority.
Ability to synthesize reports based on discussions and facilitate in multi-segments.
Able to work in a team as well as under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Good grip on numbers and fluency in English and Nepali.

Note:

Preference shall be given to candidates having prior experience in accounting, finance and data management.
Conducting excel test during the interview.
